Notes for your session:

- It is suggested to wear smart dress, logo free, natural colours for your session. Your efforts will make the difference! You may be asked to go barefoot for some images.

- Your images may be taken on medium film format which will require extra time to be sent away for development. Images will be available no later than 3-4 weeks after the session.

- Hair, makeup, and manicure sessions are not included, but highly encouraged.

- The best lighting for your session is during golden hour, which is 1 hour before sunset.

- £75 non-refundable deposit required to hold date. This will be deducted from session fee.

- Please be respectful and arrive promptly at your photo session.

- Sessions can be held indoor, or outdoor/field and forest terrain.

- Photos could/will be used for online presentation on but not limited to Facebook, personal website, Instagram, which are photo sharing apps. Photo rights belong to Veronica Lane.

- Rescheduled sessions will be allowed once due to weather conditions or covid, but will need to be confirmed at least 24h in advance. Failure to do so could result in forfeit of the deposit.

- Complimentary Vouchers expire after one year.

- Complimentary Vouchers hold no cash/refund value.

- Parents take responsibility of Childs wellbeing while onsite. Belchers Farm is a luxury property, and there are ponds and fountains. Please come at your own risk.

- Toilet and outfit change facilities are available.
