Notes for Your Session

To help create images that feel timeless and full of quiet magic, we invite you to dress in simple, elegant clothing—Please, logo-free and in gentle, natural tones. These thoughtful touches truly shape the beauty of your photographs. For certain moments, you may also be invited to go barefoot.

Some of your portraits may be captured on medium-format film, a process that takes a little extra time and care as the rolls are sent away for development. Your finished images will be ready within 2–3 weeks of your session.

Hair, makeup, and manicures are not included, though treating yourself to these little luxuries can make your experience even more special.

For the most enchanting light, ideally your session will be held during golden hour, when the sun rests low and the world glows. This happens about one hour before sunset. Please arrive on time so we can make the most of this fleeting, beautiful light.

Your session will take place outdoors, among open fields and forested paths. Images may be shared online, including Facebook, Instagram, Veronica Lane Photography website, and other photo-sharing spaces. All photo rights belong to Veronica Lane.

Rescheduling is permitted once in the event of weather or COVID-related concerns, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Without this notice, the session may be forfeited. Complimentary vouchers are valid for one year, carry no cash value, and cannot be refunded.

Parents are kindly reminded to watch over their children throughout the session. Belchers Farm is a luxury property with ponds and fountains; please join us with care and awareness. Facilities for restrooms and outfit changes are available.
